"I walked into the Vivian Suarez office in West Palm Beach unannounced with a bit of a crisis requiring a copy of my condo buildings Master insurance policy for a loan application.. Brandon was fantastic and took the information he was confident understood my issue and was right on it.. by the following morning when he had heard response from the HOA property manager he obtained the correct documentation uploaded it to my lender's website and solved my problem.. this was the best service and it was so refreshing to speak to a competent staff.. thank you Miss Suarez and your team!!"
